STEP #5 – TURN ON “OCEAN STUDIES” FOR YOUR eFORMS
If you are part of the official funded Mental Health PSP, then you need to turn on Ocean Studies for some of your eForms. This allows anonymized form data to be uploaded to an encrypted repository for future export and analysis. Only you (and any other users granted access to your site via the Users tab) can access this data.
NOTE: there is usually an extra fee for Ocean Studies, but this is included for those pilot sites who are participating in the official Mental Health PSP. If you are not participating in the project, you may wish to skip this step so as not to incur any unintentional extra charges.

For the official pilot sites on the Mental Health PSP, you will need to turn on Ocean Studies for each of the following seven eForms:
- PSP PHQ-2 Screen
- PSP PHQ-9
- PSP GAD-7
- PSP SDS
- PSP BC-CCI
- PSP FIBSER
- PSP Depression History
IMPORTANT: After you have enabled your Ocean Studies, please contact CognisantMD at support@cognisantmd.com so that a CognisantMD administrator can:
(a) mark those studies are “free” and,
(b) configure the studies to enable you to collate data from the same patient across studies.
